As a leading provider of tractor and trailer repairs and maintenance, we are seeking an experienced Shop Manager for our Ellenwood, GA location.
The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong problem solving skills, good computer skills, the ability to develop and maintain rapport with customers, coworkers, and management while making sound business decisions. This candidate must have a solid background in maintenance with knowledge of diesel tractors and must also have previous supervisory experience.

Experience:
- Shop Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- Trailer Mechanic: 1-3 year (Preferred)

Pay: $54,037.00 - $75,000.00 per year
