Shop Mechanic Job at Sudden Service, Inc.
- Inspects lift trucks, generators and equipment to determine the extent of repairs.
- Performs needed repairs on gasoline, diesel, and propane engines with minimal instruction.
- Inspects, adjusts, and repairs components as needed.
- Repairs cooling, fuel, electrical, and exhaust systems using diagnostic tools.
- Performs preventative maintenance as need to improve condition and performance of the fleet.
- Operates equipment to troubleshoot and test equipment as needed.
- Maintains records of all maintenance performed.
- Assists parts department in shipping and receiving of motor freight.
- Takes service calls and provides assistance when Service Manager is unavailable.
- Cleans and maintains garage area as needed.
- Other related duties as required.
