RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales employees.
• Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
• Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees ensuring proper staffing...always.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers and monitoring all leads via CRM.
• Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Helps salespeople close deals by actively being available for a T.O.
• Assists the used-vehicle manager with trade appraisals as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or equivalent experience.

• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.

• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Professional Appearance

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening.
