Responsibilities:

  • Create social media videos and posts (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Do daily Amazon and facebook live stream
  • Answer customer service phone calls
  • Reply customer service emails
  • Update and manage online website data.
  • Video chat with customers to help solve issues if needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • at least Hight school degree (Required)
  • 1-year social media experience (Required)
  • 1-year customer service experience (Required)
  • Willing to be as a model showing in product videos (Required)
  • Good English writing skills (Required)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Prefer)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
