Social media & customer service assistant Job at pochar llc
Responsibilities:
- Create social media videos and posts (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Do daily Amazon and facebook live stream
- Answer customer service phone calls
- Reply customer service emails
- Update and manage online website data.
- Video chat with customers to help solve issues if needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- at least Hight school degree (Required)
- 1-year social media experience (Required)
- 1-year customer service experience (Required)
- Willing to be as a model showing in product videos (Required)
- Good English writing skills (Required)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Prefer)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
