Part-Time Position - If you love social media and enjoy creating content, this could be the job for you! We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Specialist to join the team. The Social Media Manager will work directly with our legal team to gather ideas and create content for social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and more! The successful candidate must be able to manage numerous projects, be engaging with followers, have a strong knowledge of digital media tools (video is crucial for social proof and for letting prospective clients know that our firm is packed with real people who care about helping injury victims!), commit to growing our following, be creative and motivated. You will also definitely need to be a 'people person' as there is a relationship building element to this position which requires phone calls / emails with our case referral partners, as well as current / past clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage posting calendar.
• Use tools like Canva to generate visually stimulating and interesting marketing material.
• Create and edit videos for posting to YouTube and TikTok, among other platforms.
• Identify trends in social and utilize them to broaden our reach.
• Effective use of hashtags, key words, and group activities so we can be found by prospective clients.
• Write social media posts daily.
• Create graphics with photographs, logos, and text.
• Monitor social media sites for online promotions and conversations.
• Update social media sites with new activities.
• Engage in social media conversations and represent the brand well.
• Act as a relationship manager for the firm and stay in contact via phone/email with our referral partners.

The position is part-time, although we are open to discussing a range of hourly needs. We are a fun team and work on challenging personal injury cases that provide a great sense of purpose.
