As our Social Media Manager, you will administer our social media accounts, explicate, integrate, and implement innovative and creative marketing strategies to facilitate the growth of our digital presence, recruitment, and sales channels. The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualize the story of our brand and distribute it effectively across all our media channels.
- Evaluate current marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying weaknesses and making strategic recommendations for improvements
- Facilitate social strategy implementation and social content creation across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok
- Monitor and manage the company’s online presence to ensure a positive online reputation
- Develop and execute digital content strategy; produce relevant and engaging content for our websites and social media
- Improve the brand presence and recognition on recruiting platforms including LinkedIn
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities
- Drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and effectively drive audience growth and new customer acquisition
- Monitor analytics to optimize social strategy and impact
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
Qualifications:
- Strong copywriting & narrative storytelling Skills
- Highly creative and able to implement social strategy and social content creation effectively
- Analytical and able to produce unique data-driven digital content
- An expert with marketing platforms such as HubSpot (HubSpot certified is a strong plus)
- Experienced with developing and running marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with proven results
- Creative and skillful with copywriting and creating blog posts
- Familiar with online reputation software(s)
- A self-starter and critical thinker
- Highly proficient in utilizing marketing methods and tools to ensure a high level of engagement across all platforms and channels
