Social Media/Office Coordinator Job at Paradise Valley Time

We are an independent luxury watch company that specializes in the most sought after and exclusive timepieces.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Social Media Coordinator/Office Administrator. This role will be responsible for managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok as well as supporting the daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across all platforms.
  • Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, images, and videos including reels and TikTok's.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Office Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management and/or office administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Hootsuite.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic design and editing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (this is a plus but is not a requirement)
