ABCPOS is in search of an ambitious and creative Social Media Associate! The Social Media Associate will be responsible for developing an organic social media presence, identifying ways to reach target customers, creating social media strategies and objectives, and measuring those strategies and objectives with analytics data for clients. This position will be responsible for developing a social media strategy for clients including campaigns and content. The ideal candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be utilized by businesses. You will own the process for setting and managing key performance indicators for social media campaigns that drive growth, adoption, utilization, brand, and promotion. Creativity! This is a new team in ABCPOS and we are looking for someone who can grow with us. Currently, we are handling clients with more than 70 locations in the state. This position is handling client’s social media platforms and its client-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social content including images, video, and written content for the client’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional advertising platforms
• Manage and implement organic social media campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Develop relevant content to engage clients’ target audience
• Help create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) on social media platforms
• Monitor and measure the impact of social media campaigns; analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy; stay current with social media tools, measurements, and all things social media management
• Map out a comprehensive organic social media content plan and calendar, driving strategies that are proven by testing and metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and engage targeted online communities and audiences
• Work with other content creators: influencers, youtubers and more
• Create pitch deck and present to the stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1-2 years) of developing and directing content, engaging content with rapidly growing brands, especially on restaurants/retailers brands

• Experience creating and publishing quality, on-brand social media content across platforms (TikTok and IG Stories/Reels production/hosting)

• Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent video shooting and editing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using video editing software (e.g. Final Cut, Premiere, VN)

• Experience using photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)

• Facebook Blueprint certification (a big plus)

• Google Ads

• Fluent in Asian languages (a big plus)
