Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing all our social media handles, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter. This role involves creating and posting content, building and nurturing our social media following, and managing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for the brand. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who is passionate about social media, trends, and influencer marketing.

Core Job Duties:

Manage all Social Media Handles: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing all our social media handles, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter. This includes monitoring all social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring that all content is consistent with the brand's voice and tone.

Post content according to latest trends: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and posting content on our social media handles according to the latest trends. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, understanding what content resonates with our target audience, and creating engaging content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Engage with the community, build and nurture social media following: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing our social media following. This includes engaging with our community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and engaging social media presence.

Build and Manager a comprehensive results-based Influencer marketing strategy for the brand: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for the brand. This includes identifying, vetting, and collaborating with influencers across different platforms, including paid, non-paid, macro, nano, and major influencers. The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible for tracking the success of these collaborations and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Assist in all creative shoots. Planning, Execution, creating mood boards, etc.: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for assisting in all creative shoots, including planning, execution, and creating mood boards. This includes working closely with our creative team to ensure that all content is consistent with the brand's voice and tone and resonates with our target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
• Proven track record of building and nurturing social media followings
• Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, vetting, and collaborating with influencers
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms
• Experience managing social media for a Golf / Sports / Apparel brand is a huge plus
