The Support Specialist will be responsible for working directly with AestheticsPro customers over the phone and within the software application support ticketing system. This person will troubleshoot application errors, and problem solve application/hardware configuration questions. This person will also schedule, manage and provide online software application training for new customers in accordance with AestheticsPro Software training protocols. This person must have the interpersonal and technical skills required to effectively communicate with customers, understand and identify software application issues, take appropriate actions to resolve issues and increase overall customer satisfaction in a proactive and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first level support for technical issues in a professional manner to our customers through email, phone calls and the AestheticsPro support ticketing application system.
  • Assist in developing standardized support and training protocols to include developing and updating training manual
  • Providing hardware configuration support
  • Documenting all support incidents and training sessions
  • Scheduling, managing and conduct all online software training sessions
  • Escalate complex issues to management
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

  • One (1) to Five (5) years of experience in software, application, and/or customer support
  • Strong working knowledge of computers, internet browsers, and various operating systems
  • Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card)
  • All applicants must live within a 30 miles radius of Olympia, WA

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
