What will you do?
As a member of the support team, you will This is not your standard desktop support role. Transfinder is currently looking for strong software troubleshooting and technical skills. The Software Support Specialist works closely with Transfinder clients, providing technical support across all Transfinder products. We do not have a tiered help desk. You will work on technical support cases that will challenge you technically and grow your technical skills.
Our support team are flexible, detailed oriented, flexible, and good team players. Ready to provide top-notch customer focused technical support to resolve any issue clients may have in the use of Transfinder software and services.
- Answers and documents client calls from a phone queue through CRM and ticket tracking software. Call Coordinator takes incoming calls.
- Resolves issues efficiently and effectively or determines escalation path when necessary.
- Communicates with clients while tracking progress on client issues.
- Research issues of varying complexity while working to resolve them and communicates progress with the client.
- Installs and upgrades software on client workstations and servers (Done remotely).
- Assists and/or participates in the training of external and internal clients in an online or onsite training environment, including but not limited to conferences.
- Develops product and troubleshooting documentation to expand team and company knowledge.
- Suggests, analyzes, and implements processes, and/or suggests improvements.
- Provides product and process improvement feedback.
Must have experience.
- Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience supporting software products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to independently research problems/questions and find answers.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to complex situations and varying personalities.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

- MS SQL Server - Utilizing SQL to write and troubleshoot basic/intermediate queries, updates, and deletes
