Solar Sales Consultant

Job Title: Solar Sales Representative Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' energy needs, evaluate their property for solar installation, and provide accurate quotes.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects, addressing their concerns and answering their questions effectively.

Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless project management, including coordinating with installation technicians and handling necessary paperwork.

Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in incentives or regulations related to solar energy.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of solar energy concepts and familiarity with solar products is preferred. Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry knowledge is essential.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
