The position:

We are looking experienced residential installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs as well as have residential solar installation experience.

Do you fit this description?:

• Residential Solar Installation experience
• Solar Crew Lead Experience
• Able to map out the arrays on a roof as well as install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed
• Ability to lead and mentor a crew to ensure complete installation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in Solar Installation
• Solar Crew Lead Experience
• Ability to map out solar arrays
• Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)
• Solar Foreman Experience (preferred)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
• Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
• Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)

Pay: $30/hr with Watt Pay Bonus.

Hours/Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, first shift schedule
• Weekend Availability
• Ability to travel to Maryland and Pennsylvania for a week or two at a time as needed. Potentially every few months.
