Solar Sales Business Development Manager Job at Sunblaze Energy Solar
Tucson-based licensed solar installation contractor is seeking an individual to lead company sales and marketing efforts. Qualified individuals need to have at least 2 years of experience acquiring, qualifying, and selling residential photovoltaic solar systems to residential clients. Knowledge of products, project financing, and installation basics is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Generate prospects through personal networking contact, personal social media accounts, and/or making personal contact by cold calling on homeowners in selected neighborhoods.
- Help manage the customer lead flow process collected from company sources, including 3rd party solar informational web sites and referrals from existing clients.
- Run appointments, delivering compelling proposals to customer prospects, following up, and closing on profitable projects.
- Recruit and train junior sales professionals as confidence and lead volume grows
- Continuously expanding knowledge of available solar energy products to keep company offerings current, and the business competitive
Compensation is primarily commission-based, and extremely competitive, including the potential for a sign-on bonus and future stock ownership for the right candidates.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
