Capex Oilfield Services is a privately owned company providing innovative rental equipment, service, and support to the energy industry. We are currently seeking a full-time Solids Control Coordinator for our Williston, North Dakota branch.

Reporting to the branch manager, the Solids Control Coordinator will act as a liaison between the branch manager, solids control supervisors, and shop personnel. Our ideal candidate will have a background in solids control and be responsible for logistics coordination as it pertains to scheduling, trucking, and scheduling of priorities in both the field and shop. Duties and Job Functions

The Solids Control Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with supervisors, employees, and contractors to ensure adequate delivery of services
• Supporting with ticketing, billing, writing purchase orders, and ordering of parts
• Scheduling and logistic coordination of third-party trucks and equipment
• Assisting in keeping inventory organized, accurate and current
• Coordinating training, conducting onboarding and new hire orientation
• Communicating effectively with field and shop personnel to ensure coordination of repairs and maintenance
• Taking customer calls, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
• Working with supervisors to ensure scheduling and mobilization of resources
• Attending customer safety meetings on location and in the field
• Delivering parts and equipment to various sites/locations as needed
• Adhering to all industry HSE regulations and requirements and company procedures
• Supporting in other areas and assuming additional duties as required

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to make sounds decisions and problem solve
• Working knowledge of general scheduling, dispatch and purchasing
• Ability to be an effective team player, work collaboratively and independently, and foster a positive company culture
• Industry experience, including but not limited to solids control, heavy trucks and diesel equipment is an asset
• Safety conscious with a desire and able to work in a drug and alcohol-free environment
• Desire to occasionally work in the field and support in other areas as required

Salary: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
