What we are looking for:
Stem / AlsoEnergy is a leading provider of renewable energy monitoring systems. We are currently seeking a Sourcing Manager for our Longmont office. The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the acquisition of materials and managing the production scheduling group.
Responsibilities
- Develop Global Strategic Sourcing plan.
- Negotiate and maintain Master Purchasing Agreements with top vendors.
- Develop and report purchasing KPI’s aligned with corporate and departmental OKR’s.
- Maintain and update vendor database and contact information in NetSuite
- Manage inventory levels utilizing NetSuite MRP.
- Manage team of purchasing agents and schedulers.
- Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships including quarterly business review.
- Develop vendor qualification process.
- Assist in inventory management with Warehouse manager.
- Work with engineering on NPI.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Place purchase orders as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Sourcing management experience.
- Experience in a high-volume work environment is desired.
- NetSuite purchasing and MRP experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred.
- Detail oriented
Work Environment:
- Office Setting.
- Moderate to high noise levels (i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, moderate traffic)
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for an extended period
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (talk/sign/type/write) and operate a computer, telephone (or alternative), keyboard (or typing device), etc.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 112,000.00/annually.
