We are currently seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each child based on their unique needs and abilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and communication skills in children.
• Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, tailoring activities to meet the specific goals of each child.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
• Specialize in an area of interest within the field of pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and receive support from experienced professionals on-site.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware or able to apply for licensure.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Clinical Fellows are welcomed and encouraged to apply (on site supervision available)
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
