Speech Therapist - Loudoun County - Contractor/PRN! Job at Brightstarcare of Leesburg/Gainesville
We're looking for a Speech Therapist to make home visits to patients and families. The ideal candidate is patient and caring, passionate about helping people and detail-oriented. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, which is perfect for individuals who want to work while they're attending school or working on a more long-term career. This position will require communicating with patients and their families, planning treatment itineraries and maintaining detailed records of each patient's progress.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a client to develop a speech therapy program to increase client's communication skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the treatment plan with other team members.
- Provide one-on-one treatment for clients at their home or at the therapy center.
- Collaborate with other specialists to provide services to clients with multiple disabilities.
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies for working with the client.
Job Types: Contract, PRN
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
