We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented individual to join our splicing team! The ideal candidate will be adding splicing terminations to our rope products. Attention to detail is required! The level of quality that is sent out to our customers is why we continue to grow. Strong customer service skills is a plus but not required. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing daily splicing tasks.
Duties:
- Complete splicing jobs daily for online and instore customers
- Communicate with team members to plan and cover all orders
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Past Arborist Experience is a PLUS but not required
