  • This is not a remote position. This role will be located in Bellevue, WA.
  • Office requirements: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in office

As a Sr. Analyst, you will be playing a critical role in providing guidance to Executive leadership on achieving enterprise-level financial goals by driving alignment across functions. This position requires you to collaborate with partners throughout FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and others on a consistent basis to consolidate and assess financial progress against short- and long-term goals/benchmarks. You also articulate findings in a clear, concise and decision-impacting manner to all levels of the organization and possess excellent comprehension skills in the face of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive accountability, transparency, and accuracy into the monthly enterprise financial forecast and driver consolidation process
  • Assist in constructing executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Analyze results and forecasts to identify areas of financial opportunity or risk for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Own the processing, maintenance, and audits of data sets used in forecast or consolidation models and ad-hoc analyses
  • Build dashboards to help inform on business and economic drivers
  • Develop innovative technical solutions to drive process enhancements within Corp Consolidations or across FP&A
  • Broad exposure to and across T-Mobile; opportunity to work with Financial Planning and Analysis groups connected to all parts of the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting
  • 2-4 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
  • 2-4 years of Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP required; specific domain accounting and tax knowledge a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Microsoft Teams/SharePoint a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation using Alteryx and SQL, and reporting/visualization solutions such as Tableau and/or PowerBI, a strong plus.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of technical solutions and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
  • Analytical skill and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple organizations.
  • Desire and demonstrated capability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced industry.
  • Wireless industry experience a plus

Washington Pay Range: $83,100 – 112,500

  • The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
  • At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
