The Senior Human Resources (HR) Strategy Consultant supports our Purpose by leading project management efforts on long-term projects such as the Regular Plan Assessment. This role partners throughout various Departments and serves as a resource for new assessments and business cases. The Senior H R Strategy Consultant is an analytical thinker who looks forward to driving their own career with Heart.

Job Summary
Leads the Customer or project Team in developing analysis of strategic initiative, identifying business changes to address structural issues, creating hypotheses, testing ideas, initiating plan implementation, managing projects, and monitoring/tracking performance. Leads the development and delivery of major People imitative business cases to the People Department. Drives visibility, understanding, and alignment with external partners. Proactively seeks opportunities to optimize and align the People Department and plan for governance needs.
Responsibilities
Work with various Customers to identify requirements while understanding changes to business processes and procedures, and help with the implementation and delivery of the initiatives
Anticipate large-scale, complex challenges within domain, including risk, dependencies, timelines, scope, etc.
Drive solutions within a Team/group without being a subject matter expert
Manage Customer expectations effectively and help drive innovation in Customer areas
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
Partner with Senior Leadership across the Company to lead various activities required in the ongoing development and delivery of strategic initiatives
Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
Confer with project Stakeholders to identify and resolve problems
May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Skilled in bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to tell or recognize when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
Ability to produce unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
Preferred analytics or data insights experience
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED

Expert-level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:

Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $$137,250 to $152,500 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
