The Point West Clinic is located off of I-80 near the Arden Fair Mall. It is home to multiple specialties including integrative medicine, integrative neurology, hand plastics, orthopedics, physical medicine, and rehabilitation, radiology, and urology. Services provided include medical and surgical consultations, osteopathic manipulative medicine, acupuncture, joint and other local injections, cast and brace fitting, wound care, and radiology services.

• Minimum of two (2) years of LVN experience.
• Recent experience with procedures.
• Specialty experience (Ortho, PM&R, or Surgery).
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR Certification.
• Must provide proof of valid Intravenous (IV) Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification
• Must pass UCDH Pharmacology exam
• Must pass UCDHS Pharmacology and Venipuncture verification exams.
• If required by the position, must provide proof of valid IV Therapy Certification and must pass the UCDHS IV Therapy verification exam.
• Must provide documentation of graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing, or completion of education and experience as a corpsman in the United States military.

• Must be willing to work variable days (including weekends), hours, and locations as required to meet the business needs of the practice.
• Ability to lift, move, and/or position patients as necessary to room them and prepare them for exams and procedures.
• This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
