Job Summary:

Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Administrative

  • Asset Management
    • Owns all asset master data and manages naming convention. Work with supporting departments and coordinate asset management workflow
    • Work with Medline database administrative team and the software vendor to mass upload new assets onto the system (manage upload templates and test mass uploads before production)
  • Work Order Management
    • Provide directions to maintenance management team on how to manage work orders compliance, implement and maintain best practices for the department
    • Maintain preventative maintenance (PM) work order library in the system. Create new system generated work orders for PM and Inspections and adjust workflows as needed
    • Create and adjust PM procedures and task lists in the system
    • Assist maintenance branches with work order load leveling and schedule PMs
    • Work with the maintenance team to resolve work order issues (generating, closing, errors, etc.)
  • System Management
    • Leads relationship between CMMS provider and Medline.
    • Leads relationship between Medline OPS Maintenance and Medline IT.
    • Manages projects related to any customizations and upgrades.
  • System User Management
    • Owns access level governance, access request process, and manages user labor profile and member ID’s
    • Maintain Service Requester access and manage members
  • Spare Parts Management
    • Maintains spare parts master data and creation.
    • Create and maintain stock rooms and add/remove parts for each location as needed
  • Reports and Training
    • Owns system reporting, creates standards, new reports, and maintains existing report library.
    • Create automated report for various stakeholders
    • Create training reference documents and train new users

Metrics and Key Performance Indicator Management

  • Maintain maintenance scorecard KPI and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all stakeholders
  • Utilizes CMMS system to provide data and performance reports
  • Collect and analyze system reliability data, create key reports to measure department performance
  • Lead system reliability meeting with maintenance leaders, provide assistance with key action plans to improve system uptime
  • Collaborate with maintenance leaders to provide Root Cause Analysis on downtime events
  • Present maintenance performance metrics and KPI to Medline OPS leadership team

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 years of maintenance team management experience.
  • At least 7 years overall maintenance experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Knowledge and application of lean tools, root cause analysis, failure mode & effect analysis.
  • Knowledge and use of schematics, test equipment, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, digital thermometers, pressure meters, data loggers, and other relevant maintenance tools.
  • Willing to wear a full-face respirator as task requires.
  • Position may require work on weekends or other hours outside of regularly scheduled work hours as business needs dictate.
  • Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Environmental Conditions: Warehouse, varying temperatures & volume of noise.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field. (Engineering preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Managing remote teams.
  • Serving as a lead subject matter expert in automation/robotic technology.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Skill/ability to maintain robotic systems.
  • Adherence to a Quality Assurance Program.
