Sr. Specialists, Experiential Development - Experiential Retail will deliver the experiences that bring MH brands to life at the point of consumer contact. This role supports Experiential Retail demand creators by owning the execution of luxury experiences that elevate the perception of MHUSA's brands and generate pull from the customer and consumer. The role coordinates all production elements and works with third-party agencies to execute experiences within accounts, reporting outcomes and learnings to improve future activation effectiveness and inform MHUSA best practices within the subchannel. Sr Specialists, Experiential Retail are expected to embody the values of MH & be the face of Moët Hennessy USA in customer and consumer-facing activations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Experiential execution in accounts:

  • Execute activations (e.g., Deployment temporary and permanent merchandising, events, tastings, samplings, space takeovers..)sold by Experiential Retail demand creators and designed by Program Development and/or Experiential Development Director using brand materialsand assets, ensuring activations are implemented in-line with brand standards and luxury guidelines
    • Engage with Experiential Retail demand creators and customers to adapt activation details to accounts & manage executional logistics (e.g., printed materials,branded assets, brand visibility)
    • Coordinate all execution elements, including engaging vendors and Brand Ambassadors, ordering POSM, briefing 3rd-party execution agencies, and managing invitee lists
    • Oversee 3rd-party setup of venue and day-of execution as needed
  • Report program/activation outcomes from Agencies toExperiential Retail demand creatorsExperiential Retail Development Director
  • Provide subchannel and local market expertise (e.g., conduct surveys and collect data) to Key Account Managers to inform future activations

Internal relationship Management: ;

Manage matrixed, collaborative internal relationships with functional leads and counterparts:

  • Close teaming and relationship-building with subchannel Experiential Development Director/Manager and Subchannel demand creator (s) in market to execute programs/experiences in accounts
  • Raising high-priority opportunities in market (regardless of subchannel) to Experiential Development Director/Manager, Trade program development manager, Trade Marketing, Subchannel demand creators
  • [External relationship] Confirm and oversee Distributor fulfillment of requested product on day of activation

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or years of equivalent work experience

Professional Experience

  • Sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Activation and/or event coordination experience

Capabilities

  • Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
  • Knowledge of MHUSA portfolio and customer/consumer expectations relevant for subchannel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and execute on multiple moving parts in an effective and timely manner
  • Refined communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical ability; effectively interprets and applies syndicated data insights
  • Able to work with all levels of the organization and must be able to adapt to various work styles
