Founded in 1992, Royal Paper Converting is a privately owned production company that offers a complete selection of high-quality tissue products including bath and facial tissue, napkins, and paper towels to retail and commercial markets. We are currently looking for self-motivated Production Assemblers (Packers and Stackers), who are eager to grow, with a positive attitude and desire to succeed in a stable environment. Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing & Boxing product for shipment·
• Stacking boxes/packages onto pallets
• Assist in the cleaning of the workspace ·
• Ensure that quality checks are performed on various areas of packaging and that all product produced meets quality standards.
• Always comply with Safety Policies.
• Make sure material stock levels are adequate on the machine (poly, cartons, tape, stretch film, pallets)
• Keep work area clean and always organized.
• Follow work direction from team lead/supervisor.

Shift Availability:

1st Shift: 6AM-6PM Monday Thru Friday.

2nd Shift: 6PM-6AM Monday Thru Friday. $1 Differential added. Example $14+$1.

3rd Shift: 6AM-6PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. $2 Differential added. Example $14+$2.

4th Shift: 6PM-6AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. $3 Differential added. Example $14+$3.

***OT time is paid time and a half after 40 hours worked the week***
