Scope of the Position:

Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will be based out of Los Angeles, and will assist with daily responsibilities overseeing our outdoor hospitality locations.

• Handles all billing, collection, reporting, adjustments, and payments for Accounts Receivable for the property.
• Communicates with all departments to ensure proper and timely billing and collection including holding monthly credit meetings.
• Maintaining all credit cards including balancing, credits, chargebacks and assisting with write offs.
• Prepare all intercompany billing including timely posting, invoicing, and collection.
• Responsible for accounts payable and prepares journal entries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.

• Assist with the year-end financial audit.

• Assist night audit team in preparing income audit workbook. Distribute miscellaneous entries, balance report and taxes. Post report to accounting system. Send out daily reporting.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualification Standards:

• Physical Requirements:Ability to transport up to 20 lbs. occasionally, sit for extended periods of time, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
• Education:High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience:1-2 years of finance experience in hospitality is preferred
• Grooming:All colleagues must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided).
