Marco Specialty Steel, Inc is a specialty steel distribution and fabrication Company located near Hobby Airport in Houston Texas. We maintain both a large inventory of products as well as a complete fabrication shop.

The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for generating new customers, then maintaining, growing, and servicing these new and existing accounts throughout the Southwest, primarily through telephone sales, and outside sales calls.

I'm looking for smart, hustlers who want make 6 figures, but also understand, it wont be easy, and it won't be given to them. You have to earn it. I'm looking for people are serious about building a business! No participation trophy's will be awarded. Compensation is designed to be 60% base, 40% incentive. Salary base is 50-60K plus commission and bonuses. Experienced, gungho sales people can earn six figures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Self motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed is most important
• High energy, strong mathematical skills and strong telephone technique
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in related field (mechanical engineering, industrial distribution, or business) or commensurate sales experience in the steel industry or related manufacturing environment
• Excellent judgment, detail oriented, solid decision making skills
• Able to think on your feet, and juggle multiple tasks at one time.
