Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Dental Supervisor, provide support to dental assistants and providers in maintaining a sterile and aseptic environment in the assigned dental office. Essential Responsibilities: - Sterilize and process/store dental instruments, breakdown rooms, setup rooms, clean office. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Training Process:
1-2 Week training will be held in Pico or ELA and consist of the following: Sterilizing, Breaking down rooms and Consent Forms.
1-2 Month training in home office, which will consist of practicing what they learned.
2 Week training in setting up rooms, in Pico or ELA.
1-2 Month training in home office practicing what they've learned.
2-4 Weeks training on "Hands-on-assisting" in Pico or ELA.
Certification process:
-Upon hire: CPR Certification.
-6 Months: X-ray Certification (Paid by company).
-12 Months: Prophy certification (Paid by company).
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of sterilization equipment in accordance with manufacturer-s instructions. - Clean sterilization and other clinical equipment, including operatories, operatory equipment and handpieces.
- Assist in restocking operatories after patient-s use in accordance with established guidelines. - Receive and ship dental lab cases. Verify accuracy of mailing slips with cases.
- Clean lab cases and laboratory equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory.
- Assist in cleaning operatories after patients- under the direction of the provider or dental assistant.
- Order/replace secondary hazard communication container labels as needed.
- Taking patient consent - Enter/Receive selected information into/from the Program-s automated dental information system, such as consent signatures.
- Participate in maintaining an adequate inventory of dental instruments and supplies within the assigned dental office.
-Assist in cleaning the office
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisory personnel that are consistent with the individual-s training and experience in an active and cooperative manner.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.25 - $18.00 per hour
