DESCRIPTION

The store manager is responsible for ensuring each customer consistently has a quality experience by exhibiting and staffing to Scooter’s core values of integrity, love, humility and courage. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is quick in decision making, has strong communication skills and can pivot at a moment’s notice. The ability to provide a positive, fun and productive work environment is a must!

RESPONSIBILTIES

- Contributing to store profitability through consistently setting and achieving sales goals and minimizing expenses when possible.

- Hiring and staffing to business needs. Encouraging and developing staff through on going training and consistent coaching and feedback.

- Maintaining Scooter’s standards through food safety, store appearance, dress code and overall cleanliness.

- Ordering and managing inventory.

- Ensuring cash accountability is done consistently and responsibly.

- Submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports.

- Maintaining operational procedures within the store.
