Job Overview
The Store Manager will focus on executing sales strategies including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the K-12, Strategic & Enterprise account base thru account management efforts. They are responsible for ensuring their team of Sales Reps exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives through strong leadership including training, development and coaching. This leader will also uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve all company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and lead a highly productive sales team with focus on customer retention, lowering churn, attaining sales, revenue growth, segment share, customer satisfaction and productivity objectives.

· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accounts

· Recruit, hire, and develop high-caliber talent and sales teams that possess the professional qualifications and personal characteristics representative of the exemplary level of service offered by Boost Mobile.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
