To Qualify:

  • You must have at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service and a High School Diploma or GED
  • Availability to work 36-40 hours over 6 days including weekends in all shifts .
  • The ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Strong math and reading skills.
  • Be able to lift 35-40 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be assisting with providing superior customer service, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates, and driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques, and local marketing.
  • Creating Employee incentives to ensure Haagen Dazs is a fun place to work.
  • Adhering to high level customer service expectations
  • Answering questions for both customer & employees

Bonus experience desired for increased salary earnings:

  • Previous experience in food industry

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

  • Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures
  • Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
  • Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu

Requirements:
As a Manager, some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Directing the daily operations of a quick service shop
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, shop maintenance and team management.
  • Recruiting and financial accountability
  • Ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.
  • Develop and motivate a staff of employees capable of meeting the shop’s objectives
  • Assign tasks to partners and ensure that they are doing them correctly and efficiently
  • Set an example for employees in all areas
  • Motivate team to comply with loss control procedures and to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and others.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior management experience required
  • Good communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
