About the role

Stay In The Game is looking for a Strategic Assistant to provide support to our leadership team, CEO, and projects company-wide. The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate company needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of staff, leadership, and clients. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Work directly with the leadership team to support all aspects of their daily work routines.

· Perform administrative tasks according to the instructions of Project Managers and ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties

· Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

· Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and the public. This includes receiving the CEO’s phone calls and emails, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing communication appropriately for resolution.

· Assist the leadership team in the development of presentations and communications for internal and external audiences.

· Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

· Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

· Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

· Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Job Requirements

· A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in project management, operations management, and/or executive assistant type roles

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner

· A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm

· Resourceful, can-do attitude

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Background

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team, project management, or operations management

· Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Suites

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Excellent organization and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
