What You Will Be Doing
As Superintendent you will plan, assign, schedule, & supervise the work of subcontractors associated with each project
- Organize material & labor on a daily basis per project needs
- Maintain a resource schedule & responsibility matrix
- Completion of daily administrative work; daily reports, tailgate safety meetings, injury prevention/care, change orders work orders RFI's, etc.
- Prepare overall project schedule along with 2-week look ahead's with provided cloud based software, Smartsheet, buildertrend
What You Need for this Position
- 5-10 Years related construction experience in all aspects of high end commercial/residential projects (Restaurants)
- Must have knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, materials, & tools used in all facets of highly finished projects
- Experience scheduling, vetting contractors, & 2-week look ahead's
- Experience with Smartsheet, Buildertrend, Outlook, Excel Ability, CAD, Revit, Edrawings software a plus
- Excellent knowledge of CAL/OSHA code & attention to detail
