We are currently seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager for our Midland, TX location.

PURPOSE:

Manages the assigned region’s business processes, including inventory, assets, planning, purchasing, distribution, quality, delivery tickets, transfers, repair and maintenance work orders, and invoicing.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Ensures that all inventory and assets are purchased, received, counted, shipped, and sold correctly in the system. The field personnel perform these actions, responsible for training, and compliance of the processes
• Implements and trains operations personnel on processes and procedures relating to supply chain. This includes but is not limited to: ordering materials, delivery ticketing, transferring equipment, repair/maintenance administration, and proper invoicing procedures.
• Works with the field locations to ensure the correct quantities of the needed items are being ordered. Works with the business process manager to ensure quality procedures are being followed in the region.
• Works with field personnel to ensure delivery tickets are completed prior to any work being performed or any equipment/inventory/personnel leaves our facilities.
• Works with field personnel to ensure transfers are completed prior to any equipment/inventory leaving our facilities.
• Works with field personnel to ensure Repair and Maintenance work orders are completed prior to any equipment/inventory leaving our facilities.
• Invoices are prepared and sent to the customer upon completion of the job or billing period. This role ensures that this is being done properly by training and supporting the billing personnel in the region.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Degree Field (s): Business Administration

Work Experience: 2-4 years

Related Experience:

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master's Degree

Degree Field (s): Business Administration

Work Experience: 4-6 years

Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years

Related Experience:

• RTMS or TrakQuip proficiency
• Lean and Six Sigma certified
