The Junk Removal Porter Support Specialist is the face of GI Junk Removal. You are the first person and last person to interact with our customers.

Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour + tips. About 35% of our residential customers tip.

Essential duties:

• Arrive everyday with a positive attitude - GI Junk prides themselves on positive culture in the workplace.
• Timeliness- We schedule all jobs in advance and our customers rely on our timeliness.
• Detail Oriented - This position is for a property cleaning/pick up route. Attention to detail and completeness of the property is a must.
• Communication - Interact with our customers about junk removal services and pricing.
• Customer service - Provide top notch customer service.
• Complete daily inspection check lists on all company equipment.
• Ability to navigate management software using company provided technology.
• Communicate with HQ effectively and provide updates.
• Think logically to decide what to dispose of or recycle. Then decide where we will be disposing based on location.
• Operate company equipment safely.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 75lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Provide top of line customer service.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Drivers License and the ability to safely operate company equipment.
