Luminary Lawns provides eco-friendly lawn care & lawn maintenance services in Bel Air, MD and the surrounding areas. Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail and safety. They must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members. A cell phone, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to lift at least 75lbs are required. Experience is not necessary; we will train you. What are the responsibilities?

The ability to effectively manage your time and take initiative are essential skills for success in this role. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our clients' lawns through tasks such as mowing with a self-propelled push mower, string trimming and edging, and blowing clippings. You will also be responsible for driving between accounts, managing battery rotation and picking up pet waste and debris. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently will be essential for this role.
