$61,000.00 to $76,000.00, actual rates will depend on experience.
Remote opportunities available after initial onsite training.

The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a
Business System Administrator who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. As a
Business Systems Administrator you will evaluate, design, install and maintain multiple business applications. Perform configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades for business applications systems, both on cloud platforms and on-premise.
What You’ll Do:
As a
Business Systems Administrator
your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the support, configuration, upgrade, maintenance and implementation of multiple new and existing business applications within the AmeriCU Credit Union.
- Works with the customers, cross functional internal IT team and vendors to troubleshoot technical and functional issues to resolution.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Responsible for engaging in evaluation and testing of new technologies with emphasis on interoperability.
- Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols, create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications, and develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications.
- Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all applicable internal department teams.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems and Maintains system protocols by writing/updating procedures.
