Job Summary

TestPros is seeking three Senior Network Engineer, one Mid Network Engineer, two Senior Windows System Security Engineers, two Senior Linux System Security Engineers, two Senior Security Tools Engineers, four Mid Security Tools Engineers, one Junior Security Tools Engineer, and four Senior Application Development Engineers to join a Cyber Security Support Service project supporting the USCIS.

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Clearance: Must be able to obtain USCIS Clearance - Public Trust

Location: This position may be staffed at the Government’s facilities near Burlington, VT or near Camp Springs, MD, or other locations in the United States with approval by the Government.

Qualifications:

Senior Network Engineers shall have the following qualifications:

10-years of experience in network engineering and operations and three years specialized experience deploying security products (Firewalls, IDS/IPS devices, StealthWatch, FirePOWER, Cisco ISE, ForeScout CounterACT, etc.).

Shall have one of the following active certifications: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Security, CCIE Wireless, CCIE Data Center, CCIE Routing & Switching, Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), or other comparable certification or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager on a case-by-case basis.

Shall be proficient in configuring, securing, and creating custom rule sets for: Cisco Nexus, Flexpod, IOS, Identity Services Engine (ISE), Stealthwatch, FirePOWER and any other additional networking technologies introduced by the Government during the duration of the contract.

Prior experience utilizing Cisco Prime, Orion Solarwinds or another configuration management tool to create enforceable configuration templates.

Mid Network Engineer shall have the following minimum qualifications:

Five years of experience in network engineering and operations and three years specialized experience deploying security products (Firewalls, IDS/IPS devices, StealthWatch, FirePOWER, Cisco ISE, ForeScout CounterACT, etc.).

hall have a Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), or other comparable certification or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager on a case-by-case basis.

Senior Windows System Security Engineers shall have the following minimum qualifications:

10-years’ experience administering large, complex Windows applications and/or as an Active Directory Domain Administrator, or other comparable certification or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager on a case-by-case basis.

Expert knowledge of PowerShell and Group Policy

Must be proficient with managing all of the current Windows OS versions (desktop and Server).

Shall be proficient with Active Directory and Group Policy.

Senior Linux System Security Engineers shall have the following minimum qualifications:

10-years’ experience administering large complex Linux applications.

Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems/Engineering Degree or other comparable degree or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

Must have an active Red Hat Enterprise Linux Certified Engineer certification or other comparable certification or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Singularity, Podman, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, Fargate)

Advanced knowledge of clustering services, load balancing and replication services

Senior Security Tools Engineers shall have the following minimum qualifications:

Shall have a minimum of eight years of experience in IT security, and five years of specialized experience in implementing enterprise security products and solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

At least one team member shall have prior experience leading the deployment and operation of vulnerability assessment tools, such as Tenable.IO to a large enterprise.

At least one team member shall have prior experience leading the deployment and operations of a large, complex, endpoint security installation at a large enterprise (CrowdStrike, Symantec Protection Suite, Microsoft Defender ATP, etc.).

Mid Security Tools Engineers shall have the following minimum qualifications:

Five years of experience in IT security, and three years of specialized experience in implementing enterprise security products and solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

Junior Security Tools Engineer shall have the following minimum qualifications:

Three years of experience in IT security, and two years of specialized experience in implementing enterprise security products and solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

Senior Application Development Engineers shall have the following minimum qualification:

Five years’ experience developing applications using the Ruby on Rails Framework.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Government Program Manager.

This position may be staffed anywhere in the United States.
