The HR Assistant reports to the Director of Human Resources. The duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from onboarding new hires to supporting the maintenance of our applicant tracking system, maintaining employee records, ensuring I-9 and background check compliance, reviewing employee benefits to posting job advertisements.

In your first few months in this HR Assistant role, you will be primarily working in their Mission Hill, Boston location organizing, auditing, scanning and filing personnel records. While in Boston, you will be provided with parking and/or 50% of your commuting expenses will be paid.

After the audit in Boston, you will be situated in their Waltham address and will:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Coordinate and conduct weekly new hire orientation
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and leadership
• Compile and update HR information and employee records as required
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities, including employment verifications, student loan forms, and housing documentation

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
