The TA Partner will go beyond the traditional scope of recruitment by partnering with leaders throughout the organization communicating key labor market trends and recruiting metrics for early identification of current and future staffing needs and then ensuring that they are filled with the best available talent that fits the requirements of the business.

Job Summary:

Authorization to work in the US.

• · Own the full life-cycle of talent acquisition, including workforce planning, regulatory requirements, sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding.

• · Partner with hiring managers to understand department-specific talent acquisition needs and establish regular strategic staffing sessions to determine priority positions.

· You source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

· You will create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the specific requirements of the position and the culture of the company

· You organize and attend job fairs and recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline

To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need:

· Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field

· Several years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar role in a company with manufacturing plants

· In-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting process and various interview and evaluation methods

· Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn

· Very good level in spoken and written English and German or English and Italian

Compensation: Base compensation is between $59,700-73,300. Additional success bonuses are planned for in the future.
