Commercial Product supports business for TikTok mainly focusing on Ads and E-commerce verticals. We recruit Product Managers, Data Science, Product Operations, Design, Research, and Strategy job families across US and LATAM.

As a TA Partner, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how the company grows into one of the most popular applications in the world. Support core business teams to design tailored recruiting strategy, as well as finding the rare talents and help them with a smooth transition to the team. You will also collaborate with regional and global HR professions to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to take on great challenges.

What You Will Do:
1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
2. Lead key initiatives and projects with E-commerce, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
3. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team.
4. Identify, attract, and close all level candidates, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill the hiring goal.
5. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 4+ years full life-cycle hiring experience and executive search, preferably within an in-house recruitment team or the Internet industry will be an added advantage.
2. Awesome interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
3. Possess great attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes.
4. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself.
5. Self-motivated, diligent and responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
6. Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey.
7. Experience working with international partners in different time zones and culture will be a huge plus.
