**100% REMOTE*** We are seeking a tenacious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global technology company that has been built for the financial services industry!

Summary of Position:


Reporting to the VP and CHRO, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with our leadership and hiring managers to drive our talent acquisition results by sourcing and hiring top-notch candidates for Docupace. This role requires a “roll up your sleeves” mindset and a desire to promote our company’s brand through recruiting initiatives and activities. You will work to build out a talent acquisition roadmap including identifying and implementing recruiting systems, processes, and best practices to impact our success rates all while working to identify, attract, engage and secure top talent at all levels and roles. You will partner with our leaders to forecast and understand current and future hiring needs, determine job requirements, prepare and maintain job descriptions, source, interview, and positively impact the Docupace employee experience.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit for all open and approved full-time and contract positions in the US and Offshore.
  • Work with CHRO to elevate and standardize the Docupace candidate experience, ensuring a consistent interview and selection process across the organization.
  • Work with leadership to create updated, accurate, and compelling job descriptions and scalable best practices.
  • Own the recruitment process: post jobs and manage postings, identify, source, screen, shortlist, conduct and coordinate interviews, manage candidate and manager feedback and assessments, complete reference checks, initiate background checks, facilitate candidate approval process to proceed to offer and extend offers in accordance with company practices.
  • Collaborate with CHRO and executive stakeholders to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy that includes creating, generating, tracking, analyzing, and improving key recruitment performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Build and maintain external recruiting and vendor relationships.
  • Develop candidate relationships to build a pipeline and introduce other techniques and strategies to increase efficiencies, candidate quality, and time to hire.
  • Design programs to actively outbound source qualified and diverse candidates in order to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools in all Docupace markets.
  • Work with leadership to develop and cultivate a talent profile strategy with growth paths within the organization to ensure continued growth for existing employees and help retention efforts.
  • Achieve anticipated global talent growth rate of 15-20% annually.
  • Assist in identifying internal candidates and roles for future development and upskilling.
  • Document recruiting processes and assist in creating and delivering training programs related to recruiting and hiring best practices.

  • Participate in and support special projects, employee engagement, and management training activities.


Minimum Education, Knowledge, and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in a SaaS or technology company
  • Prior experience sourcing and recruiting talent globally
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in using and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms, organizations, and strategies that attract suitable applicants
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and interview candidates
  • Experience in creating awareness and excitement around the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience coaching and training hiring managers on the interview do’s and don’ts and behavioral interview best practices
