Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Division: Pineville, NC

Summary
:

Seeks quality candidates through various sources, confirming qualifications and placing them in open roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Ability to independently manage service schedule.
  • Willing and able to travel (mostly Charlotte, NC region)
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience in customer service-related fields

Duties:
  • Assess Candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Creates job postings on social media and job boards.
  • Identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Source Potential candidates through online social networks and niche platforms
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Develops timeline for filling roles.
  • Collaborates with Hiring Manager to conduct assessments and interviews.
  • Maintains records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders
