Job Summary

We're looking for a Tax Preparation Professional to join our team, experience in the CPA firm environment is preferred. Experience required with preparation of 1040, 1120S & 1065 tax returns, and must have prepared at least 50 individual or business tax returns in the past year.

Also need experience with General Ledger, preparing journal entries, and electronic/PDF documents. We're a casual, friendly, busy firm & have been serving clients in the Naples area for 20+ years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must Have the Following:
• 5 Years Tax Return Preparation Experience
• 5 Years Quickbooks Experience
• Know Microsoft Office, Outlook & PDF Documents, we're mostly paperless
• General Ledger knowledge & Journal Entry preparation
• Meet Deadlines & Prioritize Projects
• Communicate with Clients via email and phone
