We are now hiring team members to join our store in the Silverlake Community (Sunset and Golden Gate Ave.)!

Availability: Open to work 4-6 hour shifts, MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS currently looking to hire for weekends.

Backyard Bowls is hiring for our new Silverlake location. Backyard Bowls is a revolutionary eatery specializing in acai bowls, hot porridges, smoothies, and more. We provide a healthy, delicious, high-quality and fast meal option while striving to be conscientious of our local community and minimize our earthly impact.

The correct candidates will possess the following traits:

-Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and at times high-stress restaurant environment
-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
-Fit with company culture- active lifestyle, appreciation for quality healthy food, and environmentally conscious
-Radiant positive energy, and an outgoing, overtly friendly demeanor
-Demonstrated strong work ethic, preferably through previous service industry position

This is an exciting opportunity for the right kind of person to get in at the very early stages of a budding innovative restaurant business. This is also a great position for college and high school students. All applicants must be willing to start at the bottom and learn the ropes of our operations, but opportunities for management and further growth are plentiful.
