Role:- Technical Business Analyst

Location : Philadelphia, PA. (Onsite 3 days a week in Office)

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis, Agile, Java, JIRA/Rally Optional Skills REST API, Postman, Swagger

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will partner the Product Management, IT/Operations and Business teams by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of software product's features.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Technology Product Management, Architecture (Domain + Platform level), RTE, and Offer Strategy & Solutions (OSS) function on solution definition

• Understand the business context through engagement with Tech Product Management, Business stakeholders and provide local direction to the team as an extension of this group

• Develop the technical and functional understanding to promote and facilitate the product vision & strategy with all stakeholders (Sales Tech and external)

• Develop deep understanding of technical and functional architecture (current and target state)

• Drive the preparation of solution framework in partnership with Platform architect post requirement definition and achieve stakeholder buy-in

• Create both functional and technical user stories which are in-line with requirement and solution finalized.

• Prepare Following artifacts:

o User stories & traceability to requirements

o API interactions documentation with user interface & System APIs

o Digital Workflows

o System use cases and there mapping to capability matrix.

o Data Mapping Definitions

o Sequence Diagrams

o Call Flows

o Capability matrix of the System

• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

• Strong understanding of Ecommerce platform and ability to provide options to meet business requirements and hurdles based on platforms capabilities

• Flexibility to handle project scopes changes preferred

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: • This position requires to be Onsite 3 days a week in Office (in Philadelphia, PA)

• Must have

o 6 plus years of experience in IT industry with Business Analyst/Product Owner experience

o Good in communication and team player skills

o Agile SDLC Methodology, and familiar with JIRA/Rally tools

o Experience as a business analyst writing features and stories for development teams.

o Backlog management & prioritization

o Be able to read Java code

o REST API knowledge

o Familiar with Swagger, Postman

• Nice to have

o Prior experience in Software Engineering/Software Developer roles

o Experience working in a micro-services architecture with cloud technology

o Knowledge in Database

o Project management experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour
