Job Description:

Technical Intel Recruiter

Parsons is seeking a Technical Intel Recruiter to support our Defense and Intelligence market in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of full cycle recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Professional and possess strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions in the highly competitive marketspace.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely as the Talent Advisor to source qualified professionals to fill positions in a timely manner.

• Proactively solicit, evaluate, and present viable candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

• Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult/critical skill sets.

• Create an atmosphere of trust and build solid relationships with managers through positive performance on key positions.

• Build relationships with key professional, technical, and management talent throughout the region.

• Attend Job Fairs, networking events, and participate large scale recruiting efforts as needed.

• Maintain accurate record of recruiting activities in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Work with Hiring Managers and Talent Managers to develop job offers and extend offers after receiving required approvals.

• Process candidates through Pre-employment screening.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 5 or more years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience recruiting candidates with high level security clearances (up to and including TS/SCI + Poly).

• Strong technical knowledge or aptitude understanding and applying OFCCP documentation requirements.

• Proven experience as a “Hunter” and “Closer” with ability to utilize creative methods to identify, attract and hire in the intelligence space.
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Workday preferred.

• Experience working with a CRM, PhenomPeople experience is a big plus.

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
