As the Technical Product Manager for TOS CBBO (Consumer and Business Banking Operations) IVR you will:
- Work with the Product Owner and BL to understand needs (what) and refine the acceptance criteria.
- Work with the Voice architect and developer to define the how and refine the acceptance criteria.
- May oversee smaller releases Be the SME for the IVR including owning the contact flow documentation.
- Execute/oversee/maintain test automation.
- Perform manual testing Coordinate UAT testing Understand the IVR data (Cloud watcher, Contact Trace Record), recommend refinements Preference will be given to applicants local to Hopkins, MN who plan to come into the office on Wednesdays and other meaningful meetings.
- Occasional travel might be asked but is not a requirement.
