Currently, we are seeking a Technical Recruiting professional to grow our team. This is a HYBRID* position with office presence at 3 days a week at our Miami Lakes office.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and administer the full recruitment life cycle for relevant position openings, in the field of IT. This includes:

  • Working directly with Sales and Management Team to determine position specifications and understand specific hiring needs
  • Conducting phone, video, and/or in-person pre-screening interviews, evaluating top contenders for organizational fit, and future potential
  • Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews, culture-fit interviews, and client interviews, ensuring all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews
  • Creating a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruitment process.
  • Responsible for filling assigned jobs in applicant tracking system, ensuring all applicants are updated and in the appropriate status accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicating the status of each search to the hiring manager, as well as, meet established KPI's
  • Attend professional events, acting as brand ambassador for Momentum, as necessary to fill open requisitions


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in Business/Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or equivalent years of experience as a technical recruiter in a similar organization
  • At least 1 plus years of previous recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Great people skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, candidates and employees.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage requests and prioritize projects according to business needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to succeed
