• Practices in energized work, work at heights, and confined spaces.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate and mitigate or eliminate risk. ·Ability to understand and use the appropriate personal protective equipment for the associated tasks.·Maintains good customer relations by responding promptly and courteously to customer requests.·Responsible for assisting the engineering team in protecting and enhancing the value of customer assets and ensuring utility systems maintenance programs continue to perform their intended function.·Supervises the quality of maintenance work carried out by contractors and/or external providers.·Work closely with contractors. Assist in facilitating access to mechanical rooms and other restricted areas, as assigned by the Supervisor.·Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of the building and equipment as directed by the Supervisor.·Document the work performed (work orders) in the CMMS system following GMP documentation practices.·Solicits vendor proposals or quotes as needed for required services.·Informs the Supervisor and helps in the search for a solution to situations that arise.·Comply with all written JLL and client security procedures, policies and regulations.·Recognize security risks and propose methods to eliminate them.·Maintain compliance with ordinances, federal codes, and state laws.·Complete all required safety training as assigned and on time·Comply with all policies for the safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials.·Any other duty or task assigned to you.
